SCAN (Stop Child Abuse & Neglect) invites you to help us stop child abuse and neglect in northeast Indiana counties. From 10/1/07-9/30/08, SCAN must raise more than $512,000 through donations, events, and other grassroots funding opportunities to help stop the horror of physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect of the little ones in our community.
