We offer FREE support services to help [parents develop happy, healthy families by providing ....

• Voluntary in-home visiting to support you and your family
• Screens to show your baby's development
• Help with medical care, safety, nutrition, immunizations, child development, bonding and parenting skills
• Help finding community resources

What: Individual, in-home one-on-one parent assistance and parent training to include linkage to needed resources. Families may receive services for three years.

Who: Families with newborns up to 90 days old who meet assessment criteria.
