Administrator of Community Partners and Daybreak Crisis HomesProvides the Executive Director with relevant financial data necessary for budgetary and financial decisions. Oversees the operation and management of the Business Department activities and staff. Includes payroll, taxes, insurance, etc.
Monitors and implements policies & procedures for operations, facilities, information systems and contract compliance. Manages the Family Connections programs including pre-divorce, conflict and kids classes as well as supervised parenting time and custody program.
Overall responsibility for successful program outcomes. Administers agency planning and grant development, coordinates program services for Healthy Families. Manages the day to day operations of the programs assigned in conjunction with Healthy Families Manager.
Plans, coordinates and implements a variety of HR duties Including salary & benefits administration, recruiting, fair employment practices, interpreting legislative and regulatory compliance information, education for staff and provides professional assistance to management and staff. Acts as EAP liaison & Workers Comp liaison.
Manages the IT network and the Local Prevention Outreach Program for Community Partners.
Oversees quality and technical assistance for 58 Healthy Families sites in Indiana. Oversees required training of these same 58 sites. Provides quality assurance for other SCAN programs including Family Restoration, Community Partners (Region 3) and Network for Safe Families (Region 4).
